When Gap Inc. rebranded their credit cards, they needed an agency to execute a reissue and welcome series for millions of Gap Inc. cardholders over the course of 2.5 months.
Rauxa helped rebrand hundreds of highly targeted assets. We designed, wrote copy, and produced direct mail, email, landing pages, and microsites for Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy and Athleta.
In addition, we were charged with breathing new life into their CRM. We took a fresh approach to making their direct mail and email campaigns work harder to increase card usage, charge volume and stimulate brand loyalty.
